swimming pool construction process
1. Basic question:
After customers fill out a form with their basic needs, our sales team will contact them to ask for more information.
2. Basic advice via phone:
We need to ask customers for more information at some points, such as area, construction pattern, and design, to know their real needs before starting the next step.
3. Quotation:
We will issue a preliminary quotation for customers to consider in detail, which can be added or changed until both parties are pleased and agree to make a contract, and then start the construction.
4. Pool Construction Process:
This step will take around 45–90 days (depending on size and depth), and after design, it will be in the engineering process, including the legal building permit.
5. Foundation and Structure:
This step will take around 20–30 days since the date of the soil test, site preparation, soil excavation, steel-concrete works, and systems set up.
6. Construction Period:
After concrete work, it will take at least 14–21 days to cure the concrete for more strength and also ensure that the pool base will meet the safety standards. The experts will inspect the site during the designated period.
7. Waterproofing:
Test the strength of the pool construction to add water after curing until the allotted time. The length of the testing period varies based on the size and depth of the pool.
8. Tiling:
It will take around 15-20 days, depending on the size and depth of the pool, and requires quality control throughout the period.
9. Complete:
After all steps are finished, it is time to set up the tools, inspect the structure, add water to the pool, and test the overall systems, including the electronics, water, and structure, to ensure they meet the safety standards. Adjust the pH of pool water until it is clear and examine others to be completed.
10. Handover:
After checking all aspects, it is time for happiness to celebrate in the pool with your family for the first time!
